In the above screen shots, you can see every basic function of you command consule.

In the top right is your radar, which will only be activated after you construct a radar tower and have enough energy to supply it. Just below the radar is your construction chart, where you can chose what to build. Available units and structures will have a blue background, unavailable ones (which you have inssufficient funds for) will have a grey background. In the lower left is your com-sat, which allows communication with other human players. In the top left (going from left to right) you will find your money, electricity , and ping/fps indicators. The remainder of your screen is left for for unit direction and structure placement.
